Novice Program - This 10K program is designed for people who are beginners but can walk comfortably for 30 min. at a time. Intermediate Program - This 10K program is designed for people who are novice runners looking to improve their time and physical condition. Most of these runners have a base mileage of 15-20 miles a week. Advanced Program - This 10K program is designed for the experienced runners looking to improve both their time and physical condition. Most of these runners have a base mileage of 20-30 miles a week.
