Marathon Training

Our marathon training program is designed to take you through 22-29 weeks of training to complete 26.2 miles. We begin with a 3-mile pace group run/walk to assign you a group based on your pace. This way you will find others at your same ability level to train with on the long runs/walks.

Our schedules build you up gradually to help you from getting injured and take you to the starting line. We also include hill training and speed work throughout these weeks of training. All programs have head and assistant coaches for each group who will guide you through this process. Each week we stage a run/walk on Saturday morning followed by a seminar on topics related to preparing for a marathon.

We are constantly updating our materials and seminars to stay current with the new information on marathon running and walking. Our goal is to provide you with the best program out there to help you reach your goal and potential. We look forward to serving you.
