Training Programs
Marathon & Half Marathon Training

22-29 weeks of training designed to help you complete 13.1 or 26.2 miles.

Begins with a 3-mile run/walk to assign you a pace group

Schedules gradually build to help ensure you are injury-free and take you to the starting line.

Includes hill training and speed work throughout these weeks of training.

Coaches for each group guide you through this process.

Saturday mornings include a coach-led group run followed by a seminar on topics related to preparing for a marathon.
